Whether we make  a New Year’s resolution or simply decide it is time for change, we all periodically attempt to implement new habits to improve our lives.  Often we start off strong and then something happens and we find ourselves back to our old habits. Why is that?  In this session you will learn about habits and how the subconscious works to pull us back to our old ways.  You will also be introduced to self-hypnosis, a powerful tool for getting your subconscious to support your goals, making change easier!

​We all experience stress.  But what exactly is stress?  What does stress do to your body and mind?  Understanding stress, just like understanding friends and family, helps us to make the relationship better.  In this workshop you will explore your relationship with stress and learn ways you can make changes to improve that relationship and make it healthier.  From now on your relationship with stress will be less, well, stressful.


Changing your Relationship with Food  
We often think about losing weight and dieting, but for a truly healthy and long-lasting healthy body, we need to change our relationship with food.  Understanding how we relate with food and evaluating that relationship allows us to steer it in a healthier direction.


Changing your Relationship with Sleep  
Do you have difficulty falling asleep?  Staying asleep?  Both?  If you are tired of being tired, there are many natural things you can do to change your relationship with sleep. In this workshop, we will explore the art and science of sleep so that you can choose a path forward that works for you.

Do you ever fear having to talk in front of a group or even to one or two people?  Are you struggling with communicating effectively at work, home, or in the community?  Making changes by building skills and confidence makes communicating so much easier!
