Guided Self-Hypnosis Recordings by Anna Eskenazi Bush

Guided self-hypnosis is a great way to relax and to create change.

Do not use these recordings while driving. Always check with your medical professionals to confirm that hypnosis is not contra-indicated for you.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down where you won't be interrupted. Whether you hear the whole recording or not, your subconscious will connect with what is meant for you. If you hear something that does is not for you, just let it go.

Some recordings do not have music in the background so if you would like to, you can put on some soft, spa-like music while you listen.

The Mindfulness App: free and available on both iTunes and Google play. They do have additional things you can purchase, but the basic app is great. It has timed sessions as little as 3 minutes for the beginner.
